Halloween 2010

Fun little party one night with a bunch of fams and their kids. They were watching a halloween movie here.

First SNOW!!! The kids wanted to get their snow clothes on right away and play in it, although it only lasted a few hours.

The beginning of a week of dressup. Chloe was a cat one day, Barbie mariposa one day (last years costume), and a witch the next day. Zac was spiderman once day, batman one day. Those were all from last year. Then on the actual day of halloween, he decided he wanted to be a "Mighty" which I have no idea what that means. He wore a knight mask and carried his gun and wanted to wear gray clothes (I am assuming it was to be a Knight. He told me Mightys wear gray. Then little Ella was a Fairy every day. So cute. She loved trick or treating, and has been stuffing her mouth full of candy every chance she can get. She even went into the pantry this morning to get chocolate chips.

The highlight of Halloween was being with little Eliza! The Halloween Half Marathon was a fun thing my brother and I signed up for. I was Rainbow Brite and Todd was one of those guys who runs with the bulls. It was a tough course with TONS of killer painful downhill. It dropped 2000 feet from Aspen Grove past Sundance to the mouth of Provo Canyon to Riverwoods. When we got to the flat part my legs were so tired. It was a lot harder than I expected, in fact I am more sore than from my marathon. Weird.
Click here for my Halloween Half Marathon ResultsI finished 12th in my age group out of 281. My average pace was 7:18. Pretty Sweet!!!
This guy had the coolest costume I have ever seen, so I asked him if I could get a picture.

I wanted to see the kids in the Halloween costumes so I am glad for the pics! I have a really good one of you in your Rainbow Brite costume if I can figure out where I put it on my computer.
