We have been busy as always, life just doesn't seem to slow down! I just got done doing a Relief Society dinner for a funeral, and I am tired. This week wore me out. Monday I went to Costco, always so exhausting with kids, and then Chloe seemed super sick, which she was. Chloe had strep throat Monday night, she was so sick so I had to take her to the instacare. Tuesday I took the kids to the park so we could get out of the house. Tuesday night we visited sisters in relief society. I ran mon, wed, friday and saturday at 5:45am. I lifted tuesday and thursday morning at 6:15am. Then Jed and I biked Friday night. Getting up before 6am is killing me. And I am eating way too many treats, I am sure that doesn't help the tiredness. Seriously, candy out the wazoo. Then thursday my friend Suzy brought over pumpkin cake with cream cheese icing. YUM. I made homemade tomato soup that morning from tomatoes Jolene brought me. We had that for lunch and Suzy also brought this amazing asiago cheese bread. I swear, what happens in the fall where everything is centered around good food??? It was really fun to see her, since we hadn't seen each other for a year or so. I had a relief society training meeting thursday night. Lots of Relief Society this week! Friday we biked with Cody and Beth a trail called Mill D up Big Cottonwood canyon. It was freezing. We had talked about this ride for MONTHS, and we were totally squeezing it in. I think we got up to the trail at 5pm, it was getting dark and cold. We headed out and I looked so funny in my ridiculous outfit. I need some new winter biking clothes, as I really don't have any. Cody and Beth have everything x's 2 so they were lending us leg warmers and everything. Cody sold Jed one of his specialized jackets for 7bucks, which Jed was so excited about. Cody always teases Jed about his "techical riding Jimi Hendrix tshirt". I love that Jed always rides in jeans and a tshirt. So funny. But that is just him. The ride was amazing, so much fun. We finished the trail just in the nick of time, it was dark at the parking lot. Then we ate at a really fun mexican restaurant called Lone Star Taqueria. Saturday I did the 8 mile run with the girls. I was absolutely beat. I was sore from lifting and biking. My hamstrings were so sore. I am wondering how triathletes do it, because I would love to do a triathlon, but how can I possibly fit in swimming, especially since I am a busy mom and get up at 5:35 to exercise. Ridiculous, but I don't know when else to do it. It seems like at some point you would reach that law of diminishing returns. :) Maybe I am already at that point. Saturday night Jed took Zac to a motocross thing with Matt Baird. Shanna and I hung out and made halloween sugar cookie (more junk food) and painted the girls nails halloween colors. It was a fun girls night. But now I am so tired. I didn't even write all of the other things to remember, Chloe's homework(hello, she is in KINDERGARTEN!), other Relief Society Planning to do lists, driving kids here and there, cooking dinner, cleaning the house, playing with the kids, not playing with them enough, yada yada yada. I seriously sometimes think I can't do it all. I am toooooo tired. Off to bed, to start a week with way less SUGAR! Ha ha! :) Maybe that will help!

I am starting to think it only gets busier, it won't ever slow down. :) Thank goodness for getting out to run though and having some "me" time! Plus, it helps with eating all the sweets, I can't seem to stay away from it either!
