AHHH the desert
I almost jumped my bike off of this, it would have been awesome
Notice all of the battle wounds, of which I had NONE, because I am so tough
Jed fell into this crack

Air time in Zion
Emerald Pools hike in Zion N.P.
Fun Fun Fun
Here is the trip recap:
Friday - Pizza Factory and Swimming! And Neilsen's frozen custard. YUMMM!!! Lots of eating on this trip! :)
Saturday - Gooseberry Mesa Mountain Biking Trail, hardest dang trail ever. It really was not my forte, but fun nevertheless. It was perfect for Jed, and seriously, he is a great biker. Actually, he is amazing at all sports and it kinda ticks me off sometimes. He will outsport me any day, it is just not fair!!! Then we went to dinner at cafe Rio, and then I took the kids to the park with Cathie and let them ride their bikes while the gang went and rode Bear Claw Poppy. I was sorta sad about not getting to ride, but then I saw Z running around the park with his sunglasses and decided I got the better end of the deal. He thought he was pretty cool. Then C played restaurant with Cathie and I and made us all sorts of pretend food. She is a lot of fun!! Z was riding all around the park, and did I mention he just took his training wheels off and seriously learned how to ride his bike in less than 5 minutes??? So there you go, he got his dad's genes apparantly. After that more swimming!
Sunday- breakfast at Bear Paw Cafe. Loved it!!! Toured Brigham Young House, pretty cool. Then everyone took naps and Carlee and I made dinner. Then we headed into Zion for free National Park Week (YAY) and hiked Emerald Pools. I about FREAKED out with this hike and the dropoffs. Big cliffs everywhere, and I was not prepared for that with our kids. I made Jed hold their hands the entire way. Then we celebrated Cody's birthday with brownie sundays, C made him lots of cute cards. She is such a little artist.
Monday - We took the kids and went climbing at Chuckawalla wall. This was soooo much fun!!! I missed climbing outside. C and Z loved hiking all around the rocks. I led a 5.9 that scared me, and I totally had to cheat. I am not too brave these days! Then we met everyone in town and ate at the cutest little restaurant called 25 Main. It has a cupcake menu with different cupcakes every day. They were yummy! And the decor in there was all vintage and fun. I got the yummiest spinach strawberry salad. I am craving it right now! Then we let the kids play in these waterfall things in the middle of town with a cute little river. It was so warm and beautiful, 84 degrees, perfect!!! Can I just tell you I LOVE southern Utah!!! What a fun trip. But now I am exhausted, we packed a LOT in...
