Princess Tea Party

I took Chloe, Ella and Chloe's little friend Kenzli to the princess tea party at the high school. It was kinda a last minute thing, but ended up being so much fun. Ella is at the age where she just loves dressing up. She puts on a princess dress and says, "I want to dance mom!" So I turn on music and she twirls all around the living room. It is just so cute. But I know the stage doesn't last long, Chloe is already starting to outgrow it. So I decided I needed to capitalize on the opportunity and have a girls day out. It worked out perfectly. Jed and Zac had a guys day out. They went bowling and bought a pinewood derby car to work on. Pretty cute. Zac was so excited about it. It was a fun way to spend a Saturday!

This part was hilarious. They got to do a fashion show down the runway. They had to choose who would escort them. There were two "princes" and Belle to choose from. I told Chloe and Kenzli they could walk with Prince Eric, but they looked at me with wide eyes and said they wanted Belle. Ella chose Belle as well. She was the tiniest little princess out there. Everyone just chuckled because she looked so cute and I couldn't believe she actually did it. Ever since this fashion show, Chloe has me do the same thing at home, announcing them as they come down the hallway. I have to describe their dress and they prance out and do a little twirl. So funny.
They had yum strawberries, and a sugar cookie, and lemonade. The table was so cute.
They got to decorate and eat cupcakes.
They got to color princesses.
Right when they walked in they got a pixie stick wand and little princess bubbles and laffy taffy.
I just thought it was great that they all wore the same thing.
Princesses everywhere!
