DAY ONE!
Hey all, so I decided to commit to my 30 day challenge. How excited I am! So for 30 days, I will report how I feel and I won't eat refined sugar or artificial sweeteners (which might be hard because sometimes I love diet A&W rootbeer, weird I know, but it is pretty good!) 30 days is really nothing in the whole span of life, so I figure why not? :) What if I feel amazing at the end? Or what if it is so so hard and I don't feel any different? We shall see!!! :)
So today was the first day, and no big deal so far. I went on a nice 6 mile run this morning and I had yummy Kashi cereal and milk for breakfast, no refined sugars in that, and then I had Wasa crackers and an apple and laughing cow cheese for lunch, and then yummy mandarin cashew chicken salad with a homemade honey lime dressing. And then popcorn tonight for a snack. It was super good! I am sure the challenges will come, but today was great. On to tomorrow! And sorry if this annoys you or is totally boring, but such is the life of blogging! :)
Fun things of today that I don't want to forget:
Zac and how he calls hand sanitizer "hanitizer".
The beautiful sky out this morning as the sun was coming up.
Running with Cruiser for my last mile the morning, he is such a sweet big dog.
Chloe hanging cute pictures up in our hallway (it is completely covered with her artwork) She totally inherited Jed's talent for art.
Watching Jed and his amazing self working on a mirror he is making for a lady in Florida. It is going to be awesome!
Ella starting to talk up a storm - words of the day - Shoe, baby, na na for banana (actually she calls everything na na, including her binkie)
Snuggling with Ella before she went to bed
Chloe loving the chicken I made for dinner. That always makes me so happy!
Having fun making recipe books for our Relief Society activity tomorrow night! Thanks Crissa!
Going to Stouffer's outlet with Carlee today and seeing cute little Eliza and her cute big cheeks.
Climbing at the quarry tonight with Shirley! SO FUN! I love our wednesday night tradition!
No more SICK KIDS! YAY! For now anyways! :)

Good luck with the no sugar thing. I have tried it a few times, and it definitely backfires on me. Hopefully you have stronger resolve :) I was pathetic, ask Daniel.
Ha ha! That is great, his comment made me laugh so hard. Well, yeah, I am pretty weak about this too, but this time I am super determined! But ask me in a week, maybe I will just be like, "what sugar diet?" ha ha.
My kids call it hanitizer too!
