Healthy Smoothie




Ok everyone, here is the best thing to get some veggies in your kids. A spinach smoothie, sounds gross but my kids love love love it. Jed too and that is a miracle because I didn't even have to add sugar. WOW. So this is what you put in it
frozen banana (or just a banana and crushed ice)
orange juice
canned pineapple in 100% juice
handful of fresh spinach leaves
(I bought a big thing of it at costco and it is almost already gone)
Mix it in a blender and you are done.
E totally downed it too. How else can you get an 11 month to eat spinach? Hopefully this keeps us healthier this winter. Just thought I'd share.

My goal is to make this smoothie this week. We desperately need to eat better!

secondly, I love that your girls weekends consist of running and climbing! you girls rock! That's why we need to move back out west, for those kind of weekends!
